Help fully brand new computer and mother board won't beep.

Hi, so me and my sister for the last 3 hours have been searching for an answer but can not find one. This is my first time building a computer and my sister built her's once before. So we tried putting everything together and mind you these are all brand new parts and we were very careful about static. So when we power on the computer the mother board won't beep and my graphics card fan will start to run then stop. It's definitely not the power supply because I made sure the voltage was high on it so I would not run into any issues. What are we missing?

Please list all the component make and model.

It may not beep because it doesn't have a speaker. Did you connect a speaker up? Are there any diagnostic LEDs on the motherboard?

My case is a Corsair spec 3.

It does have a diagnosis light, it was just red. And your probably right about the speaker.
