Bought this earlier with a student Discount and Warranty Discount, Installed (actually i didn't its sitting at home) a 1tb sshd Firecuda but i need moar RAM!

Basically need another 8gb Ram Stick...

Any RAM upgrade recommendations?

Should i be looking for speed for timings? or clock speeds?

Had a look at HWinfo and i can see this model number:

Module Part Number: HMA81GS6AFR8N-UH

Looking for something that will work with this without any hassle...

On eBay if Possible i have a $20 voucher which i need to use buy 10th August

Also im from Australia.

Is it possible to Use a 16gb with 8gb?

Edit:

Here's my system Specs: http://imgur.com/a/TfxSd

Oh, and by the way, You have to buy a 16GB kit (You should never add on to existing ram you should always replace it all)
You will want to look for ram that copys your old ram (If your old ram is DDR3 Then find DDR3 Ram, same goes for DDR4. Also find a stick/sticks of ram that is 1200 mhz

That is a ridiculous solution to the problem, you shouldn't have to fully replace all RAM in a system, thanks for your input and waste of time.

On the Contrary i have found myself Compatible RAM for the device if anyone is interested, Same Timing's and Clock Speeds.

Crucial 8GB DDR4 2400MHz PC4-19200 CL17 260pin Non ECC Laptop

Im not trying to be rude here but that is what is suggested to everyone, if the ram is not the exact same bought at the same time then it could end in a system not being able to boot at all. This is exactly why companies sell them in packs (8x2, 16x2 4x2, ETC) Being mostly compatability with clock speeds and timings, but even then they have a chance to not work

Don't know where you got your information on same timing's and clock speed RAM not working. Never heard of it before.

I apologize as I may be wrong about replacing all your ram, this other forum post should be able to help you. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/271428-30-adding-type :)

No problem mate, what the other is thinking of doing won't work properly. Using the 800mhz and 1600 mhz. There wouldnt be a point to buy the higher speed.

At this point i would recommend changing all the RAM
