Hard drive makes a lot of noise at startup.

My hrad drive makes a lot of noise at startup. But I do not know how to solve this. The sound will last for about 2 minutes and then the hard disk will perform normally.
The sound only comes when I start my PC.
My windows is installed on a ssd and not on the hard drive.

That sound is not from your HDD, it's from one of your fans. Try and take off one fan at a time and see if the noise fan be isolated to any particular fan in your case. I would go so far as to assume it's coming from your CPU cooler's fan. I've had a build with the stock Intel cooler that gave the same issue/noise. It took me a while to isolate the culprit but the solution was to replace the cooler itself.

Please post back with a followup as to which of the fans were/are the culprit.

I checked it out and you're right. It's my fan at the front of my case.
But I do not understand how the fan can make this noise.
