Hey guys
Recently built myself a new computer, the main components being a Ryzen 5 1600, Gigabyte gtx 1060, MSI b350m gaming pro motherboard. The computer will boot up but not post. Got the bios updated by a reputable computer shop closest to me as I read that the MOBO needed to be updated to run the Ryzen 5. I just tried booting again in hopes of it posting finally but it still won't post, I looked at the ez debug leds and the leds (CPU, Ram,) will flash once then disappear, the VGA led will stay on for about 3 seconds then disappear so no problemo with them, and then the Boot led will stay on. Going by the debug leds everything is working but will not boot properly off a boot device according to the MOBO manual, I had fiddled with the 1 ram slot troubleshoot and even reset the CMOS by taking out the battery, shorting it for about 10 seconds then popping it back into place. Still nothing but the same led sequence then the Boot led will stay on. Someone please help me out
Cheers

I encountered a similar issue using my ASUS 1060 GPU on MSI B350M last week. I am used to connect the monitor with DVI cable ( as my old monitor doesn't have HDMI port ) before hardware upgrade. I found now only HDMI can display properly as I tested it on TV.

So I suggest the guys who encountered similar issues, try to use to HDMI cable to connect to monitor.
