What is the best budget PSU from this website?

I'm not trying to advertise here, but I'm hopeless. From this website ( http://www.cel.ro/surse/ ) I'm putting together a PC. I am planning on buying a Ryzen 3 1300x the Asus PRIME A320M-K Motherboard, with it 1x8GB of HyperX Fury Black 2400MHz DDR4 ram, in the Segotep Racing case. I will transfer my Asus EAH 5750 video card, and my SSD and HDD's from my old PC, however since I don't live in the USA, getting a normal PSU is not easy. I looked on this page but most of the tier3 ones are not available or are really expensive. (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html) I would like the one PSU that has the best price/reliability factor. On the other hand , you could give me the cheapest one that you still trust. I know people say don't save your money on PSU's, but I can't help it. Thanks in advance!

Solution
Raidmax=Garbage
Don't put your systems health at risk with a poor quality psu. The Seasonic and CXM(450w, 550w and 650w models only) are good units.

Nah, I looked after it. 3000MHz RAM has about 2-3% better performance than the 2400MHz, and for the extra 15$ it isn't really worth it. On the AMD website it says that the Ryzen 3 1300x supports a max memory speed of 2667MHz.

As for everything I don't have a set budget, but I don't want to spend too much.
How about this one? http://www.cel.ro/surse/sursa-raidmax-rx_500xt-500w-pNSI7MDEn-l/
My brother has had one similar (however I don't exactly know the specifications, on the box it only says : RX-500 PSU , 1x12CM fan) which we have been using it for about 8 years now and it is still working nicely.

I wouldn't recommend that

Your brother system may not be too demanding or he's lucky. Nevertheless, i wouldn't recommend a lower quality unity to anyone. I'd stick with SeaSonic all the way or some of those CXM from Corsair mentioned above

Actually it's my brothers PC from which I'm taking out the EAH5750 videocard and the storage units. It's the one I'm currently using , since he doesn't need it anymore, he has a laptop of his own for work. The processor in it is an Athlon II X2 250, which has a power consumption of 65W, the same as the Ryzen 3 1300X.

Point understood.

A 5750 needs about 400w.
But, to allow for a future stronger graphics card, buy 520 or 620w.
This Seasonic S12II 620w unit looks good to me:

And... on your build you might want to use a 2 x4gb kit which will operate in faster dual channel mode.
Do not plan on adding a 1 x8gb stick later, it may not be compatible.
Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
Also, it seems that ryzen is picky about ram.
Verify that the ram is on the motherboard QVL list or supported by the ram vendor.
