Random loss of control (Ussually while gaming).

I've been having this issue while playing games (usually Overwatch) for a while now and it's annoying. So usually for about 1-2 seconds I cannot control my character at all. On battlefield and pubg it only happens maybe once every few games, but on overwatch it can happen 2-3 times a game. This also has happened to me when just on the desktop, where I can't type or move my mouse. Anyone know how I can fix this or what is causing it? And im sure it isn't lag since it happens when i'm getting 70-100 fps on overwatch.

When you mean you can't control your character you talk about everything freezes? Or the game just continues to play but you just can't move? Does it sound more like input lag or delay at input response wherever you press a button it takes a sec or two to recognize that input pressing and then there's the later response in which character walks just after... if that is the issue I would say it's related to input lag not the PC. Do you use wireless keyboard and mouse?

The game doesnt lag at all. I just cant control my mouse or keyboard for 1-2 seconds at random points. The lighting doesnt turn off and it usually happens when playing Overwatch. It isn't delay because the movements and key presses I make dont even register when it starts responding. And both keyboard and mouse are wired
