Computer shuts off with no bsod when playing games with heavy load.
examples: player unknown battlegrounds, over watch, ect
The only way to make it turn back on his to unplug my psu and then plug it back in.

solutions tried
1. move around my ram/ tried 1 at a time ect
2. moved computer to different area
3. replaced cpu fan with a higher quality one
4. Replaced thermal paste
5. updated and deleted drivers
6. reinstalled windows(2 times on ssd and hardrive)
7. stress tested using fur-marks stress tester ( did not recreated the shut down) https://gyazo.com/7b2e57f92e63cb31e92e637d31e597ea
8. cleaned all my parts
9. tried unplugging case fans 1 at a time
10. went to the store i bought parts at and managed to replace every part other than the hard drive (with the same parts)
11. Checked all temps while running stress test and playing games and seemed fine

Looks like power related. Didn't see your UPS, but if you have one, check the watts supported. Also, if it's too old, you may need to replace the batteries. Normally, you need to do this every 3-5 years. If not, you may want to consider testing with another power supply.

That +3.3V rail is right at the minimum allowed by ATX12V specs. It will drop further as the load on the PSU increases and this may be triggering the UVP (Under Voltage Protection) circuit. Once the circuit is triggered you have to turn off the PSU's AC power switch or unplug it to reset the PSU's protection circuit.
