Hello guys, i accepted your opinion about changing my mobo. I bought GA-970 Gaming to work with my FX-8320E. But here is new problem..
After i updated all drivers, removed some unneccesary programs i discovered my mouse pointer is a bit laggy. This drive me crazy.. Is possible that new motherboard drains more power for cpu bcz i power with 2x4pin and this make lag ? Checked for strange processes in task manager, there is nothing strange. my cpu load is small (less than 10%), ram load around 15%, but DISK load can be in 99% or even 100% when strange processes like superfetch or smartscreen starts... i tried installing driver for mouse and update all drivers. Maybe faulth is in Gigabyte's APP centar or some other app?

My spec:
MOBO: GA 970 GAMING
CPU: FX-8320E
RAM: HypX FURY 8gb DDR3 1866mhz
GPU: RX 470 O4G STRIX
PSU: LC POWER 500W
i got 1x80mm cooler, no optical drive and one HDD 1TB 7200rpm
MOUSE: Red Dragon Centhrophus 3200dpi (bearly new, wasnt made problems even on last shitty motherboard...

Solution
Hi, what process are hogging the disk .
usually it is windows search, superfetch of updates pending. Might want to disable windows search and superfetch in services.
you might want to check if the chipset of motherboard is well installed.

I do. I recently played BF4. I got from 50-70 fps on ultra preset. But these fps look laggy too, like screen shakes. In league of legends all is looking good. Mouse still lags in windows.

I finally fixed it, very high startup load was f*cking with me.
