Today I got a new graphics card (Gigabyte GTX 1060) and I launched a CS:GO workshop map called 'FPS Benchmark' and whenever I go into a smoke grenade my pc just completely shuts down. Specs: Processor AMD Athlon(tm) X4 880K Quad Core
Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
650w Power supply
64 bit operating system

You should replace that "generic" psu ASAP (that could be the reason, even if it says or it's labeled 750W, believe me it isn't as more powerfull videocards requires better quality PSU to provide the necessary juice to run heavier games) as you stated before it damages your components by lack of quality power delivery, Corsair, Seasonic, EVGA, CoolerMaster are good ones out there to try. To monitor your CPU temps you can either use MSI Afterburner by checking CPU core temp monitoring at "settings" tab, or use HWMonitor or RealTemp while gaming. RealTemp is a very easy to use one. You just execute the .exe file and the temp will display at your Windows taskbar, run CS windowed for a while and check it out or just minimize the game after...

Does this happens only in this Map? Or any map that you play? also...

1 - What's your PSU brand?
2 - Did you plugged the cables correctly? There are 1060 models that either uses 6 pin or 8 pin cables.
3 - What are your Temps in game? Both CPU and GPU

PSU brand is 'Ace' however I will be getting a corsair 750w very soon, The cables are plugged in correctly as iv'e checked a couple of times to make sure its right (6 pin model) and the GPU temp is 53 °C and I have no idea how to check the CPU temp :(
EDIT- It happens whenever i go into a smoke grenade on any map, when i had the 1050 this never happened.

Dude this is definitely a PSU problem ur PSU is good but i don't think it's able to provide enough power for ur rig . That's why when u through a Smoke ur GPU gets used and due to lack of power it shuts down. I think its bad really bad for ur PC . Change that PSU.
