Is my CPUTIN temp safe?

I have my Amd fx8350 over clocked to 4.41 GHz and the core temp under load is 67 C and HWMonitor says that my CPUTIN is 73 C under load. Are these temps safe? My motherboard is an Asrock 970 pro3.

Ok, I thought CPUTIN are the capacitors around the Cpu they feel pretty hot. Thanks for replying :)

Sometimes, some Motherboards report wrong numbers or have faulty sensors there. My ASUS P6T SE reported 250°C at CPUTIN when under torture test, while my CPU core temps did not exceed 80°C (Overclocking on Intel's stock cooler, don't ask me why
