Hi I just bought a Titan XP sli & I'm starting to get concerned that I didn't think about heat, I saw a video that said you will need to water cool them, so my question is should I or will they be ok in stock coolers? Also I've never done water cooling that wasn't self contained.. I bought a nzxt Kraken X62 self contained for CPU so with the Titan XP should I think about water cooling them?:This is not my first build its my third, but this is the most powerful one. I bought the Formula iX just incase I wanted to go water, with a i7 7700k

No you will not need to watercool them to make them work. Temps might be alittle high but not to the point where it should thermal throttle.
Make sure you have enough airflow in the case as intakes so they will have enough air.

If you are thinking about doing a custom water loop, its not that hard. Just read up on it and ask questions to find out what you need and how to make it work the way you want it to work.

The hardware in a computer that benefits the most from watercooling are without a shadow of doubt GPU`s.
