Hey there. I was wondering how I can overclock with the intel S2600CP2, if I can, and if it cant overclock, do any of you know of a used board that is under 200 dollars and is compatible with dual E5-2680s. Thanks!

Xeons are not generally overclockable. There was one very expensive dual socket motherboard that was intended to allow overclocking, but in general. You live with what you have in the Xeon world.
