HDMI to DVI w/ 3.5mm Audio

I need an HDMI to DVI w/ 3.5mm audio in it like this:

These won't work. The first one you linked was an HDMI to DVI-D with audio converter. That takes HDMI input. What I'm trying to do is take DVI-D input and 3.5mm audio input and convert that to HDMI audio. A single HDMI connection. I realize now that the item I used as an example is the exact opposite of what I'm looking for. I need to be able to plug my DVI-D graphics card, coupled with my 3.5mm audio output, into my HDMI TV.
