It's i7 3770 and gtx 660 with 16 gb ddr3 memory still good for gaming? It's with a 128 gb ssd and 1tb hard drive. I can buy that for around 400 dollars is it a good deal? And what can i upgrade for around 150 dollars?

Solution
Stll good for gaming: I7 3770 and 16GB RAM
No longer good for gaming: GTX660
Neutral: 128GB is ok but I would recommend getting something at least 250GB
Neutral: 1TB HDD
Basically, that GTX660 is quite useless and you should definitely deduct it from the price.
Note: I hate getting and selling second-handed SSD and HDD. I would take these out of the price too.

hmm..you plan to buy that rig I7 3770+GTX660 +128GB SSD+1 TB HDD for USD400?
Does it comes with everything? e.g. Windows, optical drive, etc., if yes, USD400 might be at the limit for that second handed rig. Can you bargain to make it max USD300-350?
If it comes even with peripherals such as a monitor, keyboard, etc. I would pay that USD400.

USD150 as upgrade? I would spend a...

for basic gaming yes but if you plan on upgrading i suggest you get a better gpu, it doesn't have enough power for intensive games. i suggest you get something like a 950 or 970 but if you don't want to worry about budget look at the gtx 1060 6gb its good value

USD150 as upgrade? I would spend a wee bit more to get GTX1060 6GB or RX580 8GB. I7 3700 still deserves something stronger than just a 150 bucks graphic card.

why do i feel like every one's repeating me?
anyway i think the storage is fine, having that bit of ssd is a nice touch and massively improves boot times
as i said before you need a better gpu and you might not even need a gtx 1060 but its great value for money in my opinion. if you get a gtx 1060 the 6gb version is a must and is future proof, for now.
as for the answer you've been waiting for YES this computer is a good deal, everything including the ram, cpu, ssd and 1 TB of hdd is great value and the only thing lacking is your gpu. if you don't just want to use this as a gaming pc it won't require any upgrades.

Everone repeats you in their way because your answer is the right answer.
