I5 3340 + 1060 6gb bottleneck?

Hello, i was wondering, if someone could tell me if a 1060 6gb would bottleneck with an i5 3340 @3.1ghz?. I have just recently set up a pc with this and it is not working as i spect.( also, i have 8gb ram and my psu is a sentey bcp600-os 600w)

I've seen 2nd gen i5's with a 1060 beating a G4560 therefore you are fine. 1070 and up you are looking at a bottleneck, had a huge CPU bottleneck on my old i7 2600/1070 combo.

The specs for that unit show a 14a 12v rail.
That's is not enough

Thank you guys, changing the psu was what i thought but i wanted to ensure it first. What do you think about this psu?
