My Graphic card uses 0.0 Watt while playing ????

Hi. I downloaded open hardware monitor to see how much watts my cpu Graphics uses, and while playing league of legends I see it value stays at 0.0 W and max 4.0 W ( sometimes it moves to 0.1 W ) , and CPU Core temperatures goes up to 65 celsius . Maybe this have something to do with my league of legends not smoothly running??

Your GPU should be running at full speed then, within thermal limits. What sort of framerates are you experiencing? If your fps is fine, the unresponsiveness may be the result of network lag.

Technically, you don't actually have a graphics card. HD 5500 is the integrated graphics built into your i3 5005u. I don't think there's any accurate way to determine how much of the power is being used by CPU vs the IGP. It's all one chip, and at any given time either could be using more or less of the total power going to it. Open hardware monitor is probably just making a wild guess.

If LoL is stuttering, try adjusting Shadow quality. Seems to make the most difference for the least impact on graphics.

Ok. Is there anyway to increase power usage on the GPU ( the whole chip ) ?? The problem with League of legends is that it seems like I am having a bit delay between movements, attacking and etc. and its really hard to play like that. So I am trying to fix it. With lowering video settings its get even worse.
