So I've changed my old GPU which was a EVGA geforce GT 740 SC to a ASUS Geforce GTX 780 direct CU II OC. Installing was normal, but my fps was worst then before. I have tried many ways such as using the nvidia control panel, downloading and using precision XOC, or even uninstalling everything that is Nvidia and reinstalling my new drivers. I'm slowly leaning towards to my new GPU is defective or something. If there's any other solution I would love to know.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
motherboard: MSI 970
PSU: Evga 750 Powersupply
Ram: 16 GB

It is. My monitor only has a vga cable though so I bought a dvi cable and plugged it in my new gpu. My monitor is a HP.
