ASUS Admin Page is not worked from only external.

Hi.

First, I am not good at English.
Please excuse me.

My question Here:
I am using ASUS AC-68P Router.
I configured DDNS to access Router Admin Page from external(WAN).
Actually, If I try to access it, It works only on my cell phone or my friend's computer!
But, It seems like packets are dropped on the Internet that is separate from the intranet in company.
There is error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" in chrome.
How can I do for fix it?

Your router probably didn't support may loopback

Basically I doesn't support traffic for your lab going out on to the internet then back to your router again unless there is a new firmware update supporting this it will not work

First - enabling Admin page on WAN interface is extremely dangerous move! You are opening your router to potential security and DDoS attacks!

It is not clear from your question when this error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" is seen. What is here with "intranet in company"?

Oh, I'll use it carefully!
That means that the computer in a normal household is normally connected to a normal computer, and in computers within a certain group(e.g., a company), there is no connection.
