Here's the deal, when i play gpu-intensive games like gta5 everything is ok, but in low-demanding game like Warcraft 3 my frequences spike up and down with some constant pattern every 5-10 seconds even when nothing happens in the game, and when something graphics-intensive happens there and the spike is on it's low, it starts lagging. It can lag for 10secs and then freeze the whole PC. Heres the Afterburner picture
This issue happened all of a sudden, didnt install or update anything, it just started to happen today. The card is gtx 660, windows 7 so no forced or hidden updates. Afterburner screenshot explains everything that happens

The afterburner monitoring was done during 5 minutes while i logged in warcraft 3 and left it idling, nothing happened in the game, totally idle
Btw reinstalled geforce game ready and the videocard drivers just to be sure. Also just yesterday played warcraft3 in 6 windows simultaneously and never had this issue. restarted several times
