When ever I run a speed test my download speed is between 10-20, my upload is between 10-13, and my ping is about 25-30. When I'm talking to my friends on discord my WiFi is fine and I have discord open while playing single player games (Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor) its fine but when I open up multiplayer games (Overwatch, PUGB) my ping shoots up to 3000-7000, and Discord lags. This problem started last night.

games are a long-term high-throughput. Try sending on LAN 5GB file, it should nicely simulate gaming experience. Try compressed air on laptop vents and router. Other than that install android app to scan WiFi, when my neighbor bought router I lost all signal in one room 
Scan and see if you can tune the channel or other settings, maybe its better to go 5Ghz
