How can I tell if I have a vpn ?

How can I tell if I have a VPN? I know I have a regular router through my provider but I'm not sure if someone in my house is Using a VPN. I see our home network on the internet providers router.

Not sure what you mean. In most cases the vpn is loaded on the end client machine. For simplicity I will say with your skill level can not tell if someone is doing that. Most vpn are hard to detect even if you have quite a bit of skill. Now if you mean someone loaded a vpn on the router you should be able to look though the configuration on the router and see it.
