Hello . I tested my pc with LATENCY MON and i get this. https://i.imgur.com/7lXsxbI.png. I use an intel core i5-4570, gtx 750ti MSI OC,16G,120SSD samsung evo. Temps https://i.imgur.com/9etKSpB.png .I really dont know whats up. I saw some posts about cpu throttling but i did all the fixes. I get 250-300 fps in csgo but it keeps stuttering with good fps!
