Is this a good budget build for a PC?

I'm extremely new to PC building, and I want something that can be used for gaming and editing, mainly. After watching many tutorials and looking up questions on forums, I came up with this setup (I'm on a tight budget). If you can tell me if all the parts would work together and that there's enough fans for cooling, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the response! Sorry, I didn't realize you asked my budget in your question earlier. My budget was $700 anyway, so your build works well for my budget. I accidentally gave a negative vote on your original comment. Sorry, I'm new to this site.

Would this setup provide enough cooling? I've heard you need to have at least 3 to 4 fans. Also, would this build be able to handle heavy gaming, or mostly medium or light gaming? Last question: what is the cheapest ram I could buy for more storage?

It's enough cooling, these components don't produce a lot of heat. It would likely be beneficial to place one of the fans at the rear as an exhaust though.
It's capable of AAA-gaming, but you may have to turn the settings down a notch or two for 60 fps.
I'd buy the kit mentioned above, you're not gonna see any difference in gaming between 2400Mhz and 3200Mhz RAM with a GTX 1050 ti, but the price difference is so small and RAM is something you'll likely keep for a long time.
