when i power it on everything come on cpu pump light come on & rad fan come on then 1 or 2 sec after they shut off then it start back up again for about 5 to 7 time befor it will boot up normal?

anyone got any clue? comptuer wasnt doing this with the stock ryzen 5 1600 cooler

Solution

ok. well i found the problem!!!!:pt1cable:

so i re flashed the bios back too 250 Version to the stock 250 version,

i had the xmp ram profile set too 2800mhz when i had the old cooler on, cause with the new ryzen and mobo you can only get 2133 mhz without changing anything so i did the xmp way to set it too the 2800mhz manualy.

my ram stick are 2X 8g 3000mhz ram

so when this was at 2800mhz was the added cooler fans and pump taking to much power away from the ram on start up so it wouldnt aloud the computer to start up properly.

and i also re tested it back on the 2800 mhz profile it did the samething! so im now at stock set @ 2133 mhz and the computer start no problem no reboots it just start right up!
