Help me choose the best settings

Hello! I was trying to help out a friend of mine who had trouble with video settings in GTA: San Andreas. So I would like to know what are the best settings so i can tell him to run the game optimaly. His specs are:

Pentium 4 @2.66GHz
1GB of RAM
AGP AMD 9250
32-bit OS

Any help is appreciated!

Try to max out the textures and set everything else to low. I don't know what are the current fps scores on your pc. Try both all the lowest settings and highest settings. It's something that you need to test on your own. It will take you 20 minutes max. Just take your time.
