I am working on a new micro ATX build for a friend. She is adamant about the the case she wants, because of the color and shape/size. Everything else can be changed.

Budget Range: $600 at time of purchase, she wants me to go as cheap as possible though.
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Editing Photos, Gaming, Editing Music, Listening to Music, Watching Movies, Browsing the Web, School work.
Are you buying a monitor: No.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, Windows 10 on a student discount I believe.

Parts Preferences: Intel, Nvidia supposedly she has had problems with AMD in the past.

The mouse and keyboard will most likely be changed. The only reason she wants those is she saw them and loves green. I'm sure I can find another green lit mouse or keyboard from a lesser known brand for a lot cheaper.
I'm not familiar with mATX motherboards at all so I did some searching, but not sure which to pick in terms of not cutting corners because I believe you get what you pay for, but trying to keep the build cheap.
