Watch Dogs 2 won't run correctly after 20 minutes

So I got Watch Dogs 2 free when I purchased my GTX 1060, and every time I play the game, after 20 minutes of gameplay, the fps drops drastically over time and it pisses me off. I don't know if I need to reinstall, my hardware isn't good enough, or it's Uplay causing it. Any solution would be nice. Thx.

Also, quick note:
I have my GPU overclocked, so I don't know whether that has to do anything with it.

It ran even worse before i overclocked, my temps are crusing at about 54 degrees Celsius.
My CPU Usage is 100 percent when running WD2 though, which makes me think it's my CPU doing this shit. But I get a message saying not enough RAM to keep the game stable, yet the recommended requirements for this game say otherwise,

Specs:
Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
1TB HDD
500 GB HDD
MSI GeForce 1060 3GB GDDR5
8Gb RAM
Intel Core i5 2.8 GHz overclocked at 3.5 GHz

So apparently people are saying the same stuff as me. Their CPUs are always at 100%, and that they get the same message that they're is not enough RAM to keep the game stable. Really, not enough RAM you say.

3GB of VRAM
8GB of RAM
Yeah, ok Ubi, you do you.
