Hello fellow techs,
Recently bought an Alienware 15 R3, received it yesterday, 7700HQ, GTX 1060 , 60Hz 1080p IPS 300 nits G-Sync enabled screen,
Tried different games, Hitman, Hellblade, Prey, RE7, without V-Sync enabled the tearing is just unbelievable, literally unplayable ,, with it on is just meh...still manage to separate my head from my body even with a full health bar, turned all the G-Sync settings on in the nVidia control panel which recognizes the screen as G-Sync and all the hardware monitors seem to tell me that the monitor has the technology and yet i cannot use it,
Should i talk to dell or try to get it fixed?
