The other day I was using my PC and all of a sudden it just shut off. I restarted it and everything worked. All lights came on, everything spun into life, and all of that. But, it did not boot. And there is no beep code. I'm just hoping that there is something I can do besides scrap my motherboard.

It's time to do the ol' test of your PSU and graphics card. Try a different power supply and see if it powers up. Take out ram sticks and test each slot one at a time. When I had this issue it was the power supply, not the mobo.
