Does the Asus H61M CS (Socket 1150) Support Intel Core 2 Duo Processor ?
(I have currently Pentium Processor installed in this motherboard. works fine.)
and if it does support Core2Duo what should be my steps to install it (Regular or anything extra)
I know its Intel Only (As per Asus Site) but is there any chance it may work with Ryzen 3 ?

No, it doesn't support Core 2 Duo processor. All Core 2 processors were all socket 775. Also, your motherboard is socket 1155, not 1150. Ryzen 3 uses completely different socket, AM4. I'm sure your processor is more powerful than any Core 2 processor, so it will be more downgrade than upgrade. You can only upgrade to i3, i5 or i7 2nd or 3rd generation processors, that hasn't K at end of name (for example i7 2700K). Be sure that the processor doesn't have TDP higher than 77W, because that's maximum your motherboard allows, but I don't recommend coming too close to that limit, because your motherboard can overheat.
