Will using a m.2 PCIe ssd affect my GPU in any way?

I have done some research but and from my understanding the answer is no. The only thing that will change is one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled. However I am just confirming that my GPU performance will not be reduced in anyway.

depends on PCIE config, but looking that you use single card, no SLI this should be fine.
