Can I use m.2 ssd on PCIe 2.0 x16

I am using Asus P8P67 WS Revolution motherboard, Radeon 6950 video, 16GB RAM, Windows 7

- 2 6G/s ports for SSD
- 2 PCIe 2.0 x 16
- 1 PCIe video card

Not all M2 are any faster than comparable SATA drives. For using them in PCIe slots you will need an adapter which may also have some speed losses and your BIOS may not let you BOOT from it. For that money you will not get any fast M2 SSD anyway. So no, it's not a good idea.
