Hi, i m going to upgrade my gpu from Gt730 2gb ddr3 to gtx 1050ti also my motherboard is gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV and my cpu is i3 3220 3.3Ghz and this is the pic of my psu http://i.imgur.com/wEpegHk.jpg
So if i change it there will be a problem with the psu or any compatibility issues with other parts?

A 450 watt should be suffecient. Some of the cheaper brands will give a "peak" wattage as their rating but are unable to sustain the that wattage. That being said the one you listed should still be enough.
