Hi.
I have a 10mbps fibre connection and my ping is around 10ms when i check on speedtest.net. But in game (Overwatch) I get around 150ms on u.s server and 220ms on eu servers, and a surprising 400ms on asian server even though I am in south asia myself. The furthest server from me has the best ping lol.

Solution
If you know where the servers are located try to pick speedtest sites in the same city as the server and see how they compare.

You can if you are really interested run TRACERT to the servers. This will show you the path it takes. Maybe you could see why the asian server has such a high ping time. Still other than interesting information this does little good in your case. You can't actually change the path your data takes this is all related to how ISP are interconnected.

Your only hope would be a VPN provider that has a better path to the server than your do. You of course would need a good path the the VPN provider. Finding a VPN provider that can do this is a lot of work. There are massive amounts of VPN providers...
once the internet line leaves your house you no longer have control over anything that happens to it. Running speed tests will always give you the lowest ping time unless you manually select where you are running the test to.

You also ave to take into account the server your connecting to its up/down speed and its latency for its ISP. Ping times are what they are and you cant control it, the only part you can control is the part inside your house from the router to your computer.

Even if you find good ones finding one that has data centers where you need them will take a lot of searching. There are so called gaming VPN that might work for you, they tend to be rather expensive because of how they work. Unfortunately many of these are scams also so you need to spend a lot of time doing research.
