Not AFAIK.
Every speaker/headphone is different which makes testing very problematic.
Unless there are crackles or other sound issues I would assume it's working properly.
I know such software exists but I'm not certain it really does much, or may only work with very high-end systems with expensive microphones that can analyze generated tones.
I'm no expert but I've never seen a method that I trust. Heck, there's LOTS of people that swear on-board is as good as a good sound card now (not true), and people that swear speakers need a long break-in time (not true?) but I don't see any DEFINITIVE PROOF so I don't think there's any good testing methodology.
