Hey guys, this is the 1st time i posted on the website and the only website i turn into whenever something's up with my PC. So, I recently bought this Asus GTX 1060 OC. I was so excited when I got this (I upgraded from a gtx 750 Ti). anyway, when I started playing witcher 3, it keeps on stuttering pretty bad and I had to lower down all setting from Ultra to high (other setting had to go medium) even go as far as lowering the resolution to 1024x768 to see if the stuttering would go away. but it didnt. one thing I notice is that the CPU spikes to 100% usage from time to time and averaging about 65%-80%. I have a budget cpu. and I hope you guys can give me some advice on what to do.
