If you can determine the source of the sound as suggested by Fabio, great. But I doubt it is anything other than fan related. I mean, if a hard drive is making a loud racket, I doubt it would sound at all like a fan :)

If you determine it is fan-related, something else you could do is download a monitor tool, such as HWMonitor and leave it running when you start up your game. Check the temperatures for CPU and GPU in particular. If it's not one of those, I would would look to how the case fans are operating if your BIOS is controlling them at all. Last thing I would look for is the PSU, but that is certainly a possibility if it is malfunctioning in some way. I can't imagine that EVGA 850W PSU would be seriously stressed by the hardware...

What do you mean by Roar hehe..

Have you checked if there's any cable touching the fans or anything? Also have you managed to check where is this loud sound is coming from? Let your case open, then open a game and carefully put your ear close to it and try to follow where the sound get's loud, it could be anything.. a bad fan that was not well placed... cpu fan... gpu fan.. bad HD or SSD, PSU overheat.
