I am looking to game on my 144hz 1080p monitor i would like to record gameplay videos in the future and i want my pc to last longer without upgrades i was planning to build the i7 7700k on an asus z270f motherboard paired with an asus gtx 1070 o8g now do you recommend the ryzen processors if so which one and which ASUS motherboard can i pair with it ? Note:If you recommend the ryzen processor please dont change the price of the build a lot thank you !

No I would still recommend the 7700K over Ryzen for 144Hz gaming. But I would recommend waiting until Aug 21st to find out if you can buy an i7-8700K for the same price. It is said to have 4.7GHz turbo boost.
