Gaming is dominant for me.
My current build is
X4 860K stock
RX 460 Windforce 2GB OC
8GB ddr3 1600

Please back up your claim for why you're choosing a side. I'd like the best bang for my buck.

If you're looking for best bang for buck, go with Ryzen 3 1200, because it performs similar to i5-7400 for significantly lower price. And if you overclock it, it will perform like i5-7600 for half the price. And it costs just $20 more than the G4560.
