Hello
I need a new Gpu for my Acer Predator g3-605. It should be a Graphic card that's under 400$ and obviously better than the gtx 745 already installed. All components in my pc are stock. It would be nice to have a recomendation because I'm not so shure on what Gpu to get. Thanks.

You def should shop around, I suggest reading reviews of each card on both Newegg and Amazon. If your GPU is overheating to the point of BSODing though, thats not an issue with the fan usually, but your luck with getting a defective product :D -- keep the box for at least a year if you buy one. Also, in regards to ram Watch this video

theres plenty of resources online for you to check out to make the choice. IMO, you should.

I guess it depends how much money you want to spend. Stock, the G3 has a 500w so its enough to run a single higher tier GPU. 1050ti is decent if you want to save money at around 150 when its on sale. You can then use the rest of the funds to upgrade something else like RAM, or more storage.

personally though, if I had 400 bucks to spend, I'd go with a GTX 1060 6gb edition (rather than the 3gb)
If you can find a 1070 on sale, I'd def go for that though.

1050ti

retail, 1050ti

(i've seen it cheaper than that at bb)

Thanks for the quick answer! I'm wondering if the Gpu's with 1 fan will overheat or not.
I have plenty of ram installed (32gb) but I don't know if it would be worth it to get faster ram. Thanks again
