Does the motherboard socket maximum frequence reffer to CPU turbo boost or not.

Hi. Moterboard laptop socket G2, says maximum 3Ghz, if i have a CPU whit normal operation speed under 3 Ghz, but whit a turbo boost much higher, lets say 3.6Ghz, wil that be a problem or not.
