(sorry for mess of a list I'm not sure what is needed when listing specs so i just pasted the speccy summary)

Nothing ever goes over 50 degrees Celsius and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling graphics card drivers.

Solution
Some questions to start off with.

- What is your *exact* PSU?
- What is your *exact* GPU?
- What are your temperatures when you're crashing?
- Have you tried stress-testing?
- Was this PC ever stable?
- Are you still in the time period in which you can return components?
- What is your *exact* cooling solution?

Just from what you gave us, there are a lot of problems here. First, this motherboard doesn't support the 220W CPUs, so it was a rather poor choice for a 9590, which in itself isn't something I'd ever recommend someone buying. Even with supported motherboards, high-end cooling, and high-end power supplies, sometimes the 9590 *still* has freezing problems.

The best solution, honestly, is that if this is a new build, to return...

The best solution, honestly, is that if this is a new build, to return the motherboard and CPU and re-think the choice of platform.

The next-best solution is to simply underclock the 9590 to 8350 levels. From the motherboard (and possibly the other parts that you did not provide us), you have the supporting parts for an 8350, so the best thing to do would be to treat this chip like one.

I would not recommend buying a new motherboard or, if necessary (depending on what they are), buying a new cooler and power supply. There's just nothing the 9590 does that makes it worth any additional investment; I'd just be recommending you throw good money after bad.

Any suggestion for processors? Would buying the 8350 be any improvement?

You essentially have a heavily overclocked 8350 already. Just underclock it if you can't return it. If you can return it, you shoudl think of a drastically different build.

I'm really not sure how to try and underclock, or even to what levels to set it to, could you shed some light on that?
