Quietest 1080Ti that is decent at OC?

I want a quiet GPU that will also have good performance like holding 2000MHz with no throttling (in real games of course, not synthetic benchmarks).

it will be paired with a Ryzen 1700 and X370 MB (probably ASUS) as i plan on future SLI.
so i also need to be able to fit 2 cards eventually, will a 2.5 slot card can cause a fitment problem?

Unfortunately i cant find Zotac cards in shops around me.

is there any alternative?
how about the AORUS cards? should i go with the NON extreme edition and OC it my self?

Yes i have, but isnt it loud? at least its louder than the AORUS.
but in a YT review on the AORUS i learned that it has a bit of coil whine.

here are the models available to me:
- Asus ROG STRIX (dont know if its the OC edition, the clock speed is 1708MHz)
- EVGA FTW3
- EVGA SC
- EVGA SC2
- AORUS Xtreme Edition
- AORUS

the rest are blower type (like the FE).

After some more digging i would probably get the STRIX.
it was louder than the AORUS but i was because it has faster fans.
benchmarks shows that the STRIX was stable at high clock speeds while using only 40% of the fan's speed which is very good considering that 40% isnt really audible.
