So i usually play games without vsync but when the fps gets below 200 it looks like 50 fps and gives me a headache (screen tearing or defective hardware that causes spikes in frametimes?) so i tried to turn on vsync and it stutters for me unplayable. I've read that it's normal if you get a stutter with vsync on if your frames drop below 60 but my hardware is capable to render 100+ fps without the vsync on so that shouldn't be the issue

soo why am i stuttering with vsync on and why do my games have microstutter when theres allot going on but still have high fps (stuttering literally makes it look like 40 fps) even though it's like 150

What is seen as a stutter is an inconsistency in frame timing from frame to frame. Fps only tells part of the story.

Have you used something like MSI Afterburner to monitor your hardware while gaming to see what is happening? You don't mention it, but it is a good place to start by analysing what is happening while you game.

Other things to consider are your PC specs and monitor refresh rate which may provide some information for others to help you.
