First Time Builder, PSU doesn't turn on, please help

i just built my first pc this past week, but when i went to turn it on nothing happened. my psu didnt turn on and im not sure what to do next. please help.

Here is my build details:

CPU - amd ryzen 5 1600x 3.6 ghz 6 core processor
CPU COOLER - corsair h105 73.0 cfm liquid cpu cooler
MOTHERBOARD - asus prime x370-pro atx am4 motherboard
MEMORY - corsair vengeance lpx 16 gb (2x8gb) ddr4 3000 memory
STORAGE - pny cs1311 120 gb 2.5" solid state drive & western digital caviar blue 1 tb 3.5" 7200 rpm internal hard drive
VIDEO CARD - gigabyte geforce gtx 1070 8 gb g1 gaming video card
POWER SUPPLY - seasonic x series 850 w 80+ gold certified fully modular atx power supply
CASE - corsair 760 t white v2 atx full tower case


 
Solution
As mentioned above, make sure the front panel connectors are connected correctly, you can check your motherboard's user guide to see where they need to go. Also check that you have flicked the switch on the back of your power supply to the on position (can easily be overlooked).

Used my friends computer to test my parts and determined the motherboard was defective, exchanged the motherboard for a new one and my PC is up and running now. Wiring was fine, thank you for the help.
