So my HDD with Win 8.1 crashed 2 weeks ago, so I decided to buy an SSD and do a fresh install of Win 10 on it. So far I've only had 1 or 2 problems with Win 10, but most of them have been sorted out. My only problem at the moment is that my mouse is driving me insane.

I bought a new mouse roughly 2 months ago as my previous mouse was starting to give in. So, I decided to get a new mouse and bought myself a Gamdias Demeter V2 (GMS5001) mouse. During the time I still had Win 8.1, it was working perfectly and never gave my problems until the day my HDD crashed about 2 weeks ago.

I installed the Win 10 on the SSD about 3/4 days ago, and for the past 2 days, the left click of the mouse has slowly started deteriorating. Only about each 3rd or 4th click works and it makes it immensely frustrating. I am a League of Legends player, and every right click works perfectly and the mouse never disconnects, so the right click and mouse movement is perfect, and the mouse scroll as well, but I've started navigating through windows using my keyboard because the left clicks are just driving me insane.

This issue started on the day when I didn't finish installing windows updates (I think). I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled, restarted my PC, checked power management, used different USB ports. I honestly don't know what is wrong.

Could someone please offer some advice? I've never had this problem before.

Thank you

Apologies community. After creating this post, I decided that I've tried too much on software side and decided to check the hardware. I opened the mouse, and lo and behold, the connector of the left click was somehow loose. The solder that connected the left click transmitter to the circuit board broke (somehow) and thus it was not properly connected. After a few of my own modifications, it seems to be working perfectly again!
