i have a dh61ww motherboard. intel core i3 2100 cpu. i'm looking to replace a i5 processor (budget - 160 USD) .

please suggest me a good i5 2nd or 3rd gen cpu which compatible with LGA1155 socket (max TDP is 95W)

Here is how and it looks like you need atleast version 0041 to support the newer CPU's. Check the release notes for instructions in the link.

it will be a big problem upgrading another processor to i32300 socket mainly bios problem will arise means it might not be compatible
i suggest you better buy another motherboard itself

Depends on your motherboard if it ever got a bios update for the newer gen CPU's. That means you will have to do the bios update for those to work. Also your going to have to find those on ebay as new prices are high on those.
