Computer isnt loading any OS on my HHD/SSD.

I have had a new MotherBoard (Gigabyte 990x Gaming SLI)
SSD (Kingston 240gb) OS win 7
HDD (Kingston 2TB) OS win 7

So im using my SSD everything was working fine for a few months. And now when I turn my computer on It gets stuck on Starting Windows. I have left it for a whole hour and nothing progressed. This happened all out of the blue. I was gaming on it the day before and it was all perfect. Now I cant load windows on the SSD.
I have tried my Dads OS on his HDD and it does NOT boot either of them.
I cant boot from disk as it comes up with " BootMGR missing " when I try it with my CD Rom. I am at the end of my tether and quite annoyed too. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Solution

Safe Mode is not in the BIOS, it's in the F8 menu as one of the options. Or are you talking about Secure Boot? Check in the BIOS for the drive options and see if it's set to Legacy or ATA mode or AHCI, change it to whatever it's not set to and see if that works. If it does not, set it to AHCI and re-install Windows clean on your SSD.

So I have had all the components for a few months working fine. Suddenly stops working. My OS on my SSD doesnt progress from starting windows.
I also cant find a Safe Boot Option in the computers BIOS. Which is annoying.
Also. When using a HDD from another computer. That had working OS as we used it a minuet before ln that comp. Swapped it over. And now it seems to of been currpted by something.
