Hey guys,
Am in Egypt right now and there is a few problems in electricity where it suddenly cuts off when am using my pc and when it came back and opened my pc most of my programs won't open suddenly bec. COMCTL32.DLL went missing from my pc when the electricity went off suddenly (like a system corruption or sth.) and now I cant fix it and don't know how to fix it

guys please help, I cant even open most of the programs here and when i restarted my pc to see if it will work, the pc had a black screen with white font sentences ( didn't notice carefully bec. the process was so fast) and numbers sth. like that.. The process was being so fast and i couldn't notice carefully, my OS is windows 7 professional 64-bit, any help please?
