Hello, i wanted to upgrade from my i3 2100 to i5 3470, i put i5 in, and it didnt work. I found out that problem could be because i needed to upgrade bios, i put i3 back in and it still didnt want to work. Tried to clear cmos, remove ram, remove everything except one module of ram, gpu, cpu and screen plugged... I dont know what to do more, please help!
I have gigabyte h61m mobo and thermaltake psu 630w.

Good chance that pin is the cause of your issues, try boot up with one stick of ram
